The aim of this study was to review the current marine aggregate dredging practices and technology as used in English waters and to examine best practices, movel equipment and technology in use worldwide. This project will indicate where opportunities for developing or improving practice may exist. Dredging practice, case studies and equipment from around the world were examined and they were assessed to see whether they are applicable, necessary or realistic for the English Industry.
