Summary

This environmental statement has been prepared by the developer SeaScape Energy Ltd on behalf of its parent companies Zilkha Renewable Energy (ZRE), enXco AS and Wind Prospect Limited (WPL) in application of the proposed Burbo Bank Offshore Wind Farm.  The site of the proposed wind farm will be located on Burbo Flats in Liverpool Bay.
