Description

GeoSurv conducted an initial data review on the geophysical data collected by EMU Ltd. in 2008 and Osiris geophysical data collected in 2013. The purpose of the investigation was to ascertain why there were differences in seabed levels between EMU and Osiris data.

There appears to be a number of deliverables that are yet to be supplied to MCT by Osiris. There is also a gap in regard to the land based data where jetting was performed along the beach. In general the interpretation appears to be broad with little attention to detail. Overall it is the opinion of GeoSurv that in order to determine seabed levels over the site, using the Osiris dta and allowing for an accuracy of +/-15cm would seem a reasonable approach.
