Summary

A search for sublittoral colonies of the polychaete Sabellaria spinulosa was carried out in Morecambe Bay. The surveys used a towed underwater video camera and grab sampling, together with acoustic data gathered using a RoxAnn acoustic seabed discrimination system. No specimens of Sabellaria were found during the survey.
