2009-2016, TEL, Ramsey Sound, Ornithology Surveys

Ornithology surveys have been carried out at Ramsey Sound since January 2009. Initially the surveyor carried out roving surveys which covered the whole of the Sound, but since March 2010 the methodology used has been altered to provide more focused survey effort over the DeltaStream deployment site. It is this methodology which is discussed in the following paragraphs, as it is this method which will be utilised for the remainder of the DeltaStream project. The data spans pre-consent, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
