2007, Gardline Geosurvey, Thanet, Export Cable Route Geophysical Survey

Gardline Geosurvey carried out a cable route survey for Thanet Offshore Wind Ltd (TOW) off the coast of Kent. The object was to investigate a proposed cable route to the proposed Thanet Offshore Wind Farm (Thanet) site using single and multi-beam echo sounder, sidescan sonar, surface-tow boomer, and magnetometer equipment. Positioning control for the survey was the Fugro Starfix DGPS service.
