Summary

Each week during the surveillance period, morning counts of Pink-footed Geese and Whooper Swans roosting on the WWT Martin Mere reserve were made from hides. Counts were conducted around first light, before the birds left the reserve to feed. A summary of weather conditions during the week and any notes regarding count data were also made.
