Summary

In order to monitor the abundance and composition of fish and epibenthic species within the area, otter and beam and bass trawl surveys were undertaken within and adjacent to the proposed Kentish Flats Offshore Wind Farm Extension (KFE). The results from the pre-construction surveys will be compared to those undertaken when the KFE is operational.
